Public Health Emergency Support Volunteer Organization

ROCKWALL COUNTY VIP Volunteers Informed & Prepared is working to prepare our communities should a major health crisis ever occur. In the event of a public health emergency, we may need to deliver medications throughout Rockwall County within a short timeframe, and we will need volunteers to help us succeed. By volunteering to work with others at emergency clinic sites, YOU can help in a time of need.

We need volunteers from all walks of life to make a strong impact in these areas:

Medical Services: If you work in the healthcare field, we need your professional expertise to form the core of our medical network that will allow us to respond effectively to any situation. We need Doctors, Dentists, Veterinarians, Optometrists, Chiropractors, Physician Assistants, Nurse Practitioners, Nurses, Pharmacists, Pharmacy Technicians, Paramedics and Emergency Medical Technicians, Medical Technicians, Medical Data Clerks, Administrators and other healthcare workers.

Non-Medical Services: Other individuals can provide invaluable services, assisting medical experts by lending their skills as Interpreters, Clerks, Greeters and Suppliers. People in these roles will create a strong support system, enabling medical teams to succeed in getting medications to the public.
