As of the first of the year the County switched from the HealthSmart network to Texas True Choice. Prior to doing this we determined that the potential coverage disruption would be minimal. If you wish to verify that your specific provider is included in this network, please click on the following link and follow the instructions: http://www.texastruechoice.com/providersearch.asp
If you do not find your provider on the TTC Network, be sure to check a second time and only enter the last name.
If this does not yield your provider's name and you wish to "nominate" him or her to be added to the network, fill out the form on the following link:
