You may pay charges due on your Rockwall County Library account by credit card using the Certified Payments credit card processing service. Certified Payments will charge you a 2.85% convenience fee for each transaction with a $1 minimum convenience fee. You can make your payment at the checkout desk or remotely online or by calling (866) 549-1010.
To avoid the convenience fee, payments can be made at the library checkout desk in cash or by check, or you may mail a check to Rockwall County Library. Please include your library card number on the check so it can be properly applied to your account.
To check the balance on your library account, follow these instructions from the Renew Online menu option or call (972) 204-7700 during library hours.
A credit card payment will not instantly apply to your account. Staff will make every effort to apply credit card payments to library accounts by 10 a.m. the next regular business day. It is possible that a reminder may be sent to you after a payment is made but before it is applied to your account by library staff the next morning.
