Payment plans and making payments:
If you are on probation and need to make a payment, please call our Probation Department at
972-204-7400.
If you need to set up a payment plan on a criminal case, the link provided below allows you to print out an application for your fines, fees, and court costs owed to Rockwall County. Fill it out in its entirety and either bring it in in person to the District Clerk’s Office, or mail it to our physical address on our web site.
Application for Payment Plan
Acceptable forms of payments on existing payment plans are personal checks, cashier’s checks, and money orders made payable to ‘Rockwall County District Clerk.’ Debit or credit card payments are accepted as well. A convenience fee of 2.35% ($1 minimum) will be charged by the credit card merchant for this type of transaction.
