The Rockwall County Library moved to a new facility in September 2008, funded by an $11.5 million bond issue passed by the citizens of the county in November 2004.The new library is approximately five times the size of the old facility and was designed by library architects from PSA-Dewberry and built by Pogue Construction. The beautiful new Rockwall County Library is a focus of community life and county pride.

Free wireless internet access is available throughout the building during library hours.

Volunteers from our community are very important to the library. You can download the volunteer application forms here for Adult Volunteers and Teen Volunteers to help with shelving books or library special events.
