Beginning June 1st
In accordance with the Office of Court Administration guidelines as promulgated by the Texas Supreme Court and Texas Court of Criminal Appeals:
- Masks must be worn inside the Courthouse
- You will be subject to have your temperature taken and refused entry, if you have a temperature of 100 degrees or greater or you have other symptoms of COVID 19
- All persons not from the same household will be required to maintain adequate social distancing of at least six feet
- Each department within the Courthouse has different entry rules or may require an appointment
