Polls will remain open until 8pm tonight
It is ORDERED that the May 28 2024,Rockwall County Republican Primary
Runoff Election for Commissioner Precincts 1
and Texas House District 33 shall
proceed as required under state and federal law except that the polling locations shall
remain open until 8:00 pm
It is further ORDERED that this order shall be posted as required by law.
It is further ORDERED that any vote cast after 7:00 pm by a voter who was not inside the polling place or waiting to enter the polling place by 7:00 pm shall be cast as a provisional ballot pursuant to Texas elections laws.
