ROCKWALL - Sunday, April 27, starting at 4 pm: TxDOT will shift traffic to the temporary Eastbound Frontage Road lanes and begin building temporary driveways from businesses to the new lanes. These lanes and driveways will be in effect until the beginning of next year. 3 driveways will be closed but have alternate entrances to get to the businesses (Home Depot main entrance right after On the Border, the first Rockwall Veterinary Clinic driveway, and the driveway in front of FedEx/ Cotton Patch). There should be no impact on emergency vehicle access.
ROCKWALL - Sunday, April 27, starting at 9 pm: On Goliad/205 north of 66 and south of the Collin County line, TxDOT will begin resurfacing procedures. They will be starting at the county line and heading south. There will be single lane closures and flaggers. TxDOT will work with emergency vehicles to reduce impact.
