Beginning in 2023, the Commissioners Court, collaborating with a dedicated group of county residents, embarked on developing the Rockwall County Strategic Plan 2050. This visionary roadmap reflects the priorities and values desired by our community, including maintaining a safe, family-friendly environment by preserving the County’s unique character amidst the rapid growth of the North Texas region.
