Rockwall County Road & Bridge projects for the week of November 3, 2025.
• Buena Vista Road – Spot pavement repair – Monday (11/3)
• Blockdale Road – Spot pavement repair – Monday/Tuesday (11/3-11/4)
• Eastridge Drive – Asphalt overlay on entire street – should take a couple of weeks, starting on Wednesday (11/5)
The Rockwall County Road and Bridge Department oversees the upkeep and maintenance of the county's roadways and rights of way. A county-maintained road is defined as:
*Not located within a city boundary
*Not a numbered road (Farm to Market or State Highway)
*Not a privately maintained road
*In a subdivision where the developer has fulfilled the County road standards and the timelines agreed upon in the final platting of the subdivision.
