I received a ticket, when is my court date?: Our court does not handle tickets. If you received a ticket from DPS or from a Rockwall Sheriff's Deputy, please contact the JP courts (972) 204-6701 or (972) 204-6702. If you received a ticket from the City of Rockwall police office, please contact the Municipal Court at (972) 771-7788.

1. Am I able to reset my court date over the phone?: Civil cases: According to who has requested the court date, then the date can possibly be changed.
Criminal cases: No, the Judge requires defendants along with their attorneys to be present at all court settings.
