How do I get a Library card?
Stop at the checkout desk to get a library card. Bring photo ID, proof of address, and 2 contact phone numbers. The library is located at 1215 East Yellowjacket Ln. in Rockwall (at the intersection of Yellowjacket and T.L. Townsend, across from the Wilkerson-Sanders stadium). Cards are free for verified Rockwall County residents. For non-residents, there is an annual household fee of $50 per year (or $20 per individual annually for computer use only).More on Library cards
